Description:
Xavier College in officer has been expanded with a Drama and Dance Building including outdoor learning and teaching spaces, staff and student amenities, a sprung dance floor, theatre lighting and curtains and a connection into the existing Gym.
The façade elements are designed to replicate a sound bar which can be seen in the metal fins and, in particular, the brick snap precast façade.
Works involved:

-Formwork, Reinforcement and Concrete of the ground floor slabs, columns, suspended slabs.
-Formwork, Reinforcement and Concrete of the architectural stairs.
-Exposed Pavement / footpaths.
